How does it relate to government policy commitments?
Victoria's Environmental Sustainability Framework (ESF) has specific commitments in relation to Government operations. These include:

The Government has a large number of specific policy commitments to cut its day-to-day environmental impacts. The ResourceSmart Healthcare toolkit has more detail.
